Unfortunately your histogram is wrong: there are 6 decagrams, not 5.

when suspecting a Power Law relationship, a log-scale histogram might make sense?
Yes, yes there are. Somehow I didn't upload the final image. (You can also see that little box of white next to the bar that wasn't filled in. )
