The things you do for love, right? Anyway, the idea for this was might go as far back as The Temple of Duran, and it was definitely meant to be a follow-up to Off On a Tangent, which I didn't get around to doing.

When I started this sequence of cartoons, I originally intended for the second Trigonometry Jones "movie" to be "The Triangle of Doom", but when I worked out the jokes, particularly with the snakes striking and having a union, the whole 80s Duran Duran theme sprung out of my head.
