School Life #30: Wearing Me Out

It could be worse. They could've taken her shopping!

No, wait. That would be worse for me. Both the idea of going shopping in real life, and drawing it on a page. Neither one is appealing. That's why this comic didn't take place in the bedroom. But it's funnier ordering Kyung into the bedroom to try on clothes. At one point, I contemplated having Kyung in a tank top and giant pants with the bulky shirt on the floor but that image didn't fit with the dialogue, or the lack of other clothes to try on.

In any case, this story line is wearing me out.

And, yes, I'm winging this part, based on overheard conversations. When I was subbing, sometimes some kids would talk like I wasn't there or like it didn't matter if I heard what they were talking about.
