It might sound like that, but those aren't the actual words being stated.

And who was writing it?

I believe "State it and do away with it" was how my high school English teachers put it. At least, that's how I'm presenting it.

It's been a while, but I use what I remember when I write that kind of stuff. And, of course, the most important thing about these kinds of essays is to never, ever read the comments.

I had a name in my head for the student, but I didn't want to lock it in. Also, I considered using Missy here, but I didn't want to upset her fans.
