Uh, in the most used date system, and the most logic one, we will have a real palindrome in 9 days.

I'm aware that there are two date systems: one used in the U.S., and one used everywhere else in the world.But I'm in the U.S., the place that celebrates Pi Day on 3/14, rather than Pi Approximation Day on 22/7.
